Parts, fittings, and consumables are billed separately—except for full Poly-B repipes and bathroom renovation packages, which include materials and permitting.

Yes! We’ll install them if they’re new, boxed, and meet code. Please note that we cannot warranty leaks or failures from customer-supplied products.
Are materials included in the prices?
Most pricing is for labour only. Materials and parts are extra unless noted (e.g., Poly-B repipes, bathroom renos).
